Information we receive
If you contact Airevora by email, SMS, WhatsApp or our website enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, contact details, service interest and project information.
How website enquiries are processed
Website enquiries are sent through our automation system and stored in our customer relationship management system so we can respond and organise genuine leads. We currently use n8n for enquiry automation and HubSpot for CRM records. Our website is hosted using Vercel and our business email is provided through Zoho Mail.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to reply to you, understand the services you are interested in, prepare proposals, provide requested services and manage the working relationship if you become a client. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis
Depending on the situation, we process information because it is necessary to respond to your request, to take steps towards or perform a contract, or because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving Airevora.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and measure genuine website enquiries only when you choose Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by our site. You can reopen your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page visits and interactions. We configure our site to avoid Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals for this analytics setup. A successful new website enquiry is measured as a lead conversion; repeat submissions that are matched to an already-open enquiry are not counted as a second lead conversion.
Consent preference
We store your analytics choice locally in your browser so the website can remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. This preference is used only to respect your cookie choice.
Retention
We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing business records, legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Third-party services
We use service providers to operate the website and business, including Vercel, n8n, HubSpot, Zoho Mail and, where you have accepted analytics, Google Analytics. Their own privacy terms may also apply to information they process on our behalf or through their services.
